Wendy G. Huray
Wendy is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, magna cum laude, in 1992. She then moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with distinction in 1995. She was very active in law school organizations, primarily in the area of litigation, and was appointed to Moot Court Special Teams and the Order of Barristers.
Wendy began her practice in the area of general insurance defense, where she gained extensive experience representing the interests of corporations in personal injury lawsuits. More recently, she focused on defending physicians in claims of medical negligence and providing general legal advice to Atlanta hospitals and physician practice groups. She also has experience representing the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners, the state entity responsible for licensing and professionally disciplining physicians.
She joined the firm in November 2000, to focus on representing individuals in personal injury claims. Her practice is now limited to the representation of individuals who have suffered injuries and damages caused by the negligence of others. She is active in local and national bar organizations and charities.
